Digital Records Repository

In 2022, the City of Sunset Valley contracted with ICC-CDS to utilize Laserfiche as the City's digital document management system and cloud-based document repository. The City's Public Portal contains records accessible to the public, including Public Meeting agendas, packets, and minutes, Contracts, Financial Records and other information.

The Public Portal is able to be browsed by the general public. The documents are categorized in folders, similar to a Windows directory structure.

There is also a search function within the Public Portal, which allows you to search for specific items, terms, dates, tags or within specific folders.
