Each year the City of Sunset Valley hosts its annual ARTFEST to promote local art and create a fun environment for all ages. An incredible, family-friendly event with something for everyone! Free admission and free parking!

Call for Artists

We’re looking for artists to join us at the 2025 Sunset Valley ARTFEST! Be a part of this wildly popular one-day art event with 8,000 guests. We host over 100 artisans from the Central Texas area who work in a variety of mediums creating unique and original art. Food vendor registration is also open. All items such as paintings, sculpture, wood-working, photography, jewelry, fober arts, etc. MUST be handmade and original to the artist.

Important Dates

November 1, 2024 Registration opens for artists and food vendors
March 1, 2025 (11:59 p.m.) ALL registration closes
April 1, 2025 Vendors will be notified by April 1 if they are accepted to participate
April 4, 2025 (11:59 p.m.) ALL booths MUST BE PAID FOR, or vendor will lose their space/no refund
April 8-10, 2025 Any waiting list vendors to be notified by festival management and booths paid
April 14-17, 2025 Vendor packets sent out via email with booth location/number, parking information and credentials, maps, load-in and load-out details

Event Day

Saturday, April 26, 2025, this is a rain or shine event

7:30 am - 9:15 am Vendor check-in onsite and load-in
5:00 pm Vendor vehicles allowed back onsite by security, same check-in procedure as done in the morning, NO VEHICLES ONSITE UNTIL 5 PM due to public safety issues
5:00 pm Load-out begins (NOT BEFORE)

ARTFEST Sponsorship:

The 17th annual Sunset Valley ARTFEST, to be held on Saturday, April 26, 2025, is a celebration of the arts hosted by the City of Sunset Valley. Businesses and organizations are offered unique sponsorship opportunities to associate with the popular family-oriented event and engage attendees from Sunset Valley, Austin, and all-over Central Texas.
