The City of Sunset Valley is thrilled to announce the launch of its new online engagement platform, Engagement HQ. This innovative tool will enable the City to facilitate meaningful two-way communication with residents and community members through a user-friendly online portal. By visiting engagement.sunsetvalley.org, registered users can engage with local decision-makers, share ideas, and provide input on various projects and initiatives within an interactive online community.

"This platform will help us keep residents informed about key projects shaping Sunset Valley's future, while fostering robust and transparent discussions," said Danielle Ramirez, Communications and Engagement Coordinator for Sunset Valley. "To gather feedback and gauge public sentiment on a range of topics, Sunset Valley will utilize a mix of surveys, polls, open forums, idea boards, and interactive maps.”

Residents are encouraged to visit engagement.sunsetvalley.org to explore the new platform and get involved. "This platform will revolutionize our engagement with residents," said City Administrator Matt Lingafelter. "I urge everyone to register and let your voice be heard." Ready to get started? Take a look at the "How to" instructions outlined at the bottom of this page!

  2. Complete Demographic Questions:

    • There are 4-5 demographic questions that follow. These questions are used by the City of Sunset Valley only and are anonymous to all other users. The City collects this information to ensure we effectively connect with all sectors of our community.

    • Rest assured, the information you provide is protected and will not be shared with third parties. For more details, please see the privacy policy link at the bottom of this page.

  3. Explore and Engage:

    • Once you have an account and you're logged in, the register button will no longer appear.

    • Try out the website's interactive features by visiting the city council page and signing our Guestbook. Please note, registration is required before you can post a comment.

    • All questions submitted via the Engagement Sunset Valley platform will receive a response. However, posts to idea boards or pins dropped on maps will not.

To find all ongoing and archived projects, select "Project Pages" on the toolbar above or explore the homepage. We routinely add new content, so please check back regularly for the latest updates.

Content added to Engagement Sunset Valley by community members is moderated according to the City's social media policy. If you have any questions about this website, please feel free to contact Kaitlyn Neal at kneal@sunsetvalley.org.

We look forward to connecting with you!
