In 2022,  Council set aside funds to help develop a more robust rainwater harvesting and native landscaping program.  As part of the research for that program, the City hosted a seminar on passive and active rainwater harvesting.  That presentation can be found here. (Passcode 881=ybh#).   The Planning and Environmental Committee continues to review possible program components and recommendations will be presented to City Council later this year.
