The Municipal Court is open Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays, 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. If your appearance date listed on your Citation falls on a weekend, your appearance date is the following Monday. If your appearance date falls on a City Holiday, your appearance date is the following business day.

Open Court is held once a month, generally on the second Monday, beginning at 6 PM. Both the Presiding Judge and the City Prosecutor are present. Trials, both Bench and Jury, are scheduled as needed.
