Wastewater Averaging

Notice to all residents that water use in December, January and February will be used for calculating a wastewater volume charge beginning with the March bill.  The volume charge will only apply to residential customers with an average monthly water use over 10,000 gallons.  Customers are encouraged to reduce outdoor watering to avoid the impact of this charge. Turn off your irrigation system, or use it manually only as needed during the winter months. For more information or to schedule a free irrigation audit, please call Public Works at 512-891-9103.
