The Comprehensive Plan is a visionary document that outlines the long-term goals and objectives for our community. It provides valuable guidance for future zoning and planning decisions, as well as shaping our City's Land Development Code, including watershed regulations. This plan plays a crucial role in maintaining our unique character, enhancing quality of life, ensuring water quality, addressing natural disasters, and effectively balancing the needs of our residences and businesses. The Planning and Environmental Committee, alongside the dedicated members of the Zoning Commission, have been deeply involved in this process.
