Current Job Status

Scope Completed: Week of 9/4/2023

• Water line installation on Sunset Trail is complete. Construction of the water line from Lone Oak Trail to Curley Mesquite Cove is complete. Construction of the turnaround on Lone Oak Trail complete.  Water line on the North Side of Lone Oak is complete. Construction of the wastewater main on Hwy 290 is 75 percent complete. Construction of the water line for AISD meter conversion is complete. Construction of the back flow on Oakdale is complete. Mill and overlay on Sunset Trail and Lone Oak Trail is complete.

   

  Next Steps: Week of 9/11/2023

• No scope planed, waiting on subcontractor.

Notes

• Change order pending for fire hydrants (see 4/17/2023 report)
• Weather has been a factor in slowing down construction
• Contractor is waiting on subcontractor to finish Hwy 290 Wastewater Main
