Sunset Valley, TX
Home MenuCity Owned Property
The City of Sunset Valley cares for over 270 acres of land. This includes a variety of greenspaces, conservation areas, parks, water quality features and other City Facilities.
Beginning in 1969 with the purchase of the original City Hall site at 2 Lone Oak Trail, the City of Sunset Valley has purchased and received land to create a series of connected greenspaces throughout the City. In the mid-90's and early 2000's the land the City owned grew exponentially with the settlement agreement regarding the development of the commercial districts in the City. This resulted in over 100 acres of land being dedicated to the City. The city continued to purchase land to help create the greenspaces so many residents and visitors enjoy today.
